The Lee Family B&B and Guide Service

Hello Friends and Family,

So far the hardest thing for us as a family has been finding a rhythm in our new city. So much change in the last 8 weeks: Move from Atlanta to Denver, I went back to work for the first time since August, and Courtney started a new job.

I am happy to report that we are emerging from the fog of all of this change and are finding our rhythm! We have found a great church, Denver Community Church, and have joined a small group!

So Much Change

I hate that I have not been as consistent in my newsletter writing these last few weeks. Good news: That inconsistency will be coming to an end now that we have found a bit of a rhythm.

Other than our move, the biggest change is that I went back to work on January 2, 2024 for the first time in 4 months. I am absolutely grateful to have wonderful new colleagues here in Denver and the ability to continue partnering with my clients and colleagues back in Atlanta.

Another big change is that I have been taking skiing lessons for the last several weeks and I am absolutely loving it. It’s fun to be a beginner all over again at 43 years old.

I’m pleased to say I am linking parallel turns already and almost hit 30mph last weekend. My next skiing project is to talk Courtney into trying it, but my description of falling down the mountain all day is not helping.

Perhaps the biggest change of all is that we have a crawler! Mills is now scooting all over the house.
